The PALS Provider Card, previously available only in paper format, has now been replaced with a more secure and valid electronic version called the PALS Provider eCard. AHA Training Center Coordinators and Instructors are responsible for issuing eCards to students who successfully complete all the requirements of an AHA course, and students are notified via email to claim their eCard online by clicking on a hyperlink. To receive an eCard, the student must have completed a PALS course that has integrated the most recent scientific information and guidelines from the 2020 Guidelines for CPR and ECC.
